Summary :

  • HR Admin Officer - Basic Up to $3800 (commensurate Based on Experiences)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job advertisements, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Partner with department managers to support employee performance, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and planning development initiatives.

  • Coordinate and execute HR programs such as employee engagement surveys, benefits administration, team-building activities, and staff recognition efforts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

  • Monitor and stay informed on HR trends, employment legislation, and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.

  • Handle general office administrative tasks such as stationery orders, document filing, and managing office equipment.

  • Support the resolution of employee relations matters and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

  • Participate in various HR-related projects and carry out other ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
