STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking an HR Admin Officer and an Assistant HR Manager to join their supportive and friendly team. The roles involve overseeing recruitment cycles, managing HR operations, and collaborating with department managers to enhance employee performance. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with solid knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act. 5‑Day Week, Office Hours
HR Admin Officer - Basic Up to $3800 (commensurate Based on Experiences)
Assistant HR Manager - Basic Up to $5500 (commensurate Based on Experiences)

Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job advertisements, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
Manage day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Partner with department managers to support employee performance, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and planning development initiatives.
Coordinate and execute HR programs such as employee engagement surveys, benefits administration, team-building activities, and staff recognition efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Monitor and stay informed on HR trends, employment legislation, and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
Handle general office administrative tasks such as stationery orders, document filing, and managing office equipment.
Support the resolution of employee relations matters and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
Participate in various HR-related projects and carry out other ad hoc tasks as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience; prior experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role is advantageous.
Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
