Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews and

    onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

  • Assist in payroll processing.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

  • Manage employee insurance renewals, handle claims and liaise with insurance

    providers.

  • Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements and company events.

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment and service contracts.

  • Maintain records of company assets and ensure office facilities are clean and

    functional.

  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments and regional offices.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or

    equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
