Responsibilities:
Facilitate the recruitment process, including job posting, scheduling interviews and
onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Assist in payroll processing.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Manage employee insurance renewals, handle claims and liaise with insurance
providers.
Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements and company events.
Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment and service contracts.
Maintain records of company assets and ensure office facilities are clean and
functional.
Assist in developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments and regional offices.
Requirements:
At least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or
equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
