A leading HR service provider in Singapore is looking for a proactive HR & Admin Support to manage various HR functions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help streamline HR processes, from recruitment to compliance, ensuring a smooth operation within the company. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, utilizing HR software, and supporting office operations. This role requires a diploma in HR or related fields, with at least 2 years of related experience and proficiency in MS Office.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Support to join our team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support across the full spectrum of Human Resource functions as well as day-to-day administrative duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
· Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation.
· Maintain and update accurate HR databases, employee records, and personnel files (P-Files).
· Plan and execute HR-related projects and employee engagement activities.
· Manage work pass transactions.
· Generate HR reports and statistical data.
· Develop and maintain training plans, manage training schedules, records, and evaluations.
· Ensure adherence to statutory and company compliance requirements.
· Checking of employee’s timesheets.
· Liaison person with external service providers (e.g. landcaping maintenance, cleaning services, transport company and security systems etc.)
· Manage office supplies procurement including stationery, pantry items, and biscuits.
· Support office 5S initiatives
· Maintenance and issuance of locker and building keys, and internal contact list.
· Administration of employees expenses claims.
· Additional duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 2 years related working experience
· Proficiency in MS Office software.
· Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
· Demonstrate Initiative, flexibility, energy and a strong work ethic
· Experience in Workday is preferred
