Job Description

Human Resources (Core Role)

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of staff in Singapore and Malaysia, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and proactively source candidates.

· Partner with external recruitment agencies and headhunters to fill mid-to-senior management positions, in coordination with the CEO.

· Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with local labor laws.

· Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and staff.

· Manage payroll input, leave, and attendance records in collaboration with finance/payroll service providers.

· Oversee performance appraisal processes and support training & development planning.

Administration

· Supervise general office administration, including office supplies, maintenance, filing systems, and service providers.

· Support documentation and coordination for work passes, insurance, and staff welfare matters.

Customer & Visitor Hospitality

· Host and coordinate client visits and VIP delegations, ensuring a professional and warm experience.

· Liaise with internal departments to prepare meeting rooms, presentations, refreshments, and logistics.

· Occasionally accompany CEO or senior management during key customer or supplier visits to ensure smooth interaction and follow-up.

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

· Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including management-level hiring.

· Strong communication skills

· Liase with Chinese-speaking stakeholders

· Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across countries.

· Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
