Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore seeks a Human Resources and Admin Manager to oversee HR functions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and manage office services. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience and holds a diploma in a related field. Proficiency in English or Mandarin is required, alongside good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Knowledge of accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • English or Mandarin as working languages.
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing HR&Admin-related work and providing support to the Group Management team.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations and keep accurate and updated record of the employee records.
  3. Implement communicate with other department and ensure adherence to MOM policies.
  4. Manage and coordinate with vendors for office services and supplies and ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurements.
  5. Oversee general office and company dormitory maintenance to create a conducive environment.
  6. Responsible for team recruitment, KPI assessment management and compliance management, and provide other corresponding human resources support for the company, including but not limited to recruiting/onboarding/offboarding/payroll/IRAS 21 submission ect.
  7. Application/renewal and cancellation for work pass holders.
  8. To adhere to the mission and values of the business, develop and update policies or SOPs.
  9. Other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualification:

  • Diploma or above, prefer major in Human resource/business or administrative management;
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Human resources (Prefer in logistic or supply chain industry);
  • Good communication and teamwork spirit.
  • English or Mandarin can be used as a working language.(Need to work with China team)
  • Computer skills ( Word/Excel/PPT ect. )
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus
