A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource professional to manage staff records, oversee recruitment, and support HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in HR, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update staff records, leave records, and personal files with confidentiality.
Review and update time management and overtime reports for payroll processing.
Monitor staff confirmation status and ensure timely performance appraisals.
Drafting of HR letters (e.g., contracts, confirmations, increments, promotions).
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, shortlisting, and interviews.
Assist with company events and staff welfare activities.
Organize training programs and coordinate with trainers and institutions.
Liaise with external vendors and employment agencies.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Support on monthly HR reports and HR administrative needs.
Requirements
Possess Diploma in Human Resources or relevant studies, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferably experienced in checking and verifying time attendance records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
