A maritime company in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to manage on-boarding, off-boarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role involves supporting leadership development programs and working closely with various stakeholders to enhance workplace engagement.
Reporting to the HR Director, at global level, you will provide support to talents and leadership development programs. At country level in Singapore, you will manage the full-cycle of on-boarding and off-boarding processes as well as play an active role in enhancing employee engagement.
In addition, you will provide executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as and when required, including the organisation of quarterly Board Meeting and all logistics arrangements for the Board of Directors (booking of air-tickets, hotels reservation, transport booking if required).
