HR & Admin Executive Required in Singapore

Responsibilities
  • Manage and processing invoice payments, reimbursement claims, and purchase order issuance
  • Compile and submit monthly billing reports (e.g., Grab invoices, temporary staff, intern computations etc)
  • Manage insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals, coverage and claims
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
  • Coordinate internal events, return-to-office planning, and logistics
  • Handle ordering and consolidation of pantry supplies and stationery
  • Assist with meeting arrangements (e.g., Board Meetings), including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
  • Minimum 2 Years Of Relevant Administrative Or HR Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
