HR & Admin Executive Required in Singapore

Responsibilities
- Manage and processing invoice payments, reimbursement claims, and purchase order issuance
- Compile and submit monthly billing reports (e.g., Grab invoices, temporary staff, intern computations etc)
- Manage insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals, coverage and claims
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
- Coordinate internal events, return-to-office planning, and logistics
- Handle ordering and consolidation of pantry supplies and stationery
- Assist with meeting arrangements (e.g., Board Meetings), including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
- Minimum 2 Years Of Relevant Administrative Or HR Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Employment details
- Working Location: City Hall
- Working Hours: 8:30am to 6pm
