Job description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and preparing offer letters. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.

  • HR Projects - Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.

  • Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.

  • Expatriate management – accommodation arrangement and maintenance, Support Director of Resolution and ACRA-related task when required.

  • Perform daily administrative functions in HR - maintaining the staff file database, managing company bus, managing Jurong Island Pass/WP/Spass/EP applications, Travel arrangement, manage mobile phone and mobile plan, handle uniforms and laundry issues. and executing additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager

  • Company Events - Assist in coordinating company events (Dinner & Dance, Teambuilding, etc.) to facilitate smooth event execution.

Jo Requirement

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

  • Resourceful, meticulous, independent and a team player

  • Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
