An established industry player is seeking a passionate HR professional to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding, and overseeing payroll operations. You will also contribute to various HR projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and aligning practices with business needs. Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling, attending interviews, preparing offer letters).
Facilitate seamless onboarding for new employees.
HR Projects:
Participate in HR projects for process improvement.
Contribute to enhanced HR service delivery.
Support the alignment of HR practices with business needs.
Payroll:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
Handle salary computation.
Process statutory submissions.
Generate payslips.
Expatriate Management:
Handle accommodation arrangements and maintenance.
Support the Director of Resolution and ACRA-related tasks.
Daily HR Administration:
Maintain the staff file database.
Manage the company bus.
Manage Jurong Island Pass/WP/Spass/EP applications.
Handle travel arrangements.
Manage mobile phones and mobile plans.
Handle uniform and laundry issues.
Execute additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
Company Events:
Assist in coordinating company events (Dinner & Dance, Teambuilding, etc.).
Facilitate smooth event executions
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR or relevant field
2-3 years of working experience in HR functions
Experience in Payroll
