A leading engineering company in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage full HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in the construction sector and bilingual skills in English and Chinese. The candidate should be able to start immediately or within a short notice period, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities:
· Full spec. HR roles incl. recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits
· Maintain HR database and Manpower Project allocation
· Perform work pass application / renewal / cancellation
· Monitoring & renew company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) & Insurance
· IR8A / IR21 submission
· Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports, surveys
· Monitor, update of CSOC & Core Trade course for workers
· Support in the day-to-day HR / Admin duties
· Other ad-hoc administrative duties and initiatives as assigned.
Requirement:
· At least 2 years experience in Construction sector
· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
· Knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations
. Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
