Job description

Our esteemed client, an established Company, is searching for a HR & Admin Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes including job postings, interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and orientation.

  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acknowledgements, promotion letters, etc.

  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations via EPOL/WPOL and monitor foreign worker quota and security bond requirements.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, P-files, and HR databases.

  • Administer training records and support training coordination and tracking.

  • Provide support in employee engagement, policy updates, HR communications, and other HR projects or initiatives.

  • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory and company requirements.

  • Prepare payroll reports and support internal/external audits and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS claims, etc.).

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies related to C&B.

  • Administer employee insurance benefits including Group Hospitalization & Surgical, Work Injury Compensation, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies

  • Minimum 3 year’ HR-related experience

  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices

  • Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage

Additional Information:

  • Working Location: West

  • Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:30am -5:30pm)

  • Salary: Basic Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus
