Job summary

An MNC in Singapore is seeking an HR and Office Administrator to support recruitment, payroll, and policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with labour laws. This role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in HR and office administration, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration.
  • Familiar with MOM employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee insurance matters, including policy renewals, claims processing, and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Organize meetings, make business travel arrangements, and coordinate company events.
  • Oversee daily office administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service agreements.
  • Maintain an inventory of company assets and ensure a clean, safe, and functional office environment.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments and regional offices.
