An established industry player in petrochemical and rubber manufacturing is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage payroll, recruitment, and expatriate management. This role offers the chance to enhance HR processes and contribute to a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in HR functions and a strong understanding of Singapore labor laws. Company : MNC in petrochemical and rubber manufacturing
Working Hour / Location : 8.30am to 5.15pm (Mon - Fri) / Jurong Island (transport pickup to and fro at Jurong East mrt @ 7.45am )
Remunerations : Up to $4,800 + $350 monthly fixed allowance + yearly increment + 13 mths Aws + 2 times Bonus payout + permanent staff benefit
Responsibilities:
• Payroll - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation.
• Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, attending interviews, and preparing offer letters. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
• HR Projects - Participate in HR projects to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and align HR practices with business needs.
• Expatriate management – accommodation arrangement and maintenance, Support Director of Resolution and ACRA-related task when required.
• Perform daily administrative functions in HR - maintaining the staff file database, managing company bus, managing Jurong Island Pass/WP/Spass/EP applications, Travel arrangement, manage mobile phone and mobile plan, handle uniforms and laundry issues. and executing additional responsibilities delegated by the HR manager.
• Company Events - Assist in coordinating company events (Dinner & Dance, Teambuilding, etc.) to facilitate smooth event execution.
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in full set of HR function including payroll, recruitment, project and expatriate management from manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Resourceful, meticulous, independent and a team player
• Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities.
