• The individual coordinates all training programs and supports the training and development needs of Singapore’s employees.
• Works in close collaboration with the Regional Training team to achieve training and development goals of the region.
• Works closely with management teams to offer the best onboarding experience to new hires, including presenting the employee with an onboarding plan on their first day.
• Ensures that new hires progress through general and role-specific new hire training in a timely manner.
• Implements a robust training program for the district that meets employee training needs.
• Coordinates training schedule, delivers Trainer-led courses, and ensures timely record keeping of internal and external training.
• Assists management teams with the mechanics of conducting 1:1s and employee performance evaluations.
• Actively promotes employee growth in the district, helping to identify training and development opportunities for employees.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/HR.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in HR & Admin and Training preferred.
