Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR services, including payroll, recruitment, government claims, income tax, CPF, leave management, yearly performance reviews, employee data recording, dismissal procedures, letters of appointment, employee handbook, employee benefits/welfare, staff retention, employee relations, work pass applications, onboarding & offboarding, etc.
  • Handle administrative duties such as company license renewal, insurance renewal, office relocation, tenancy agreements, liaising with office building management, and purchasing office and pantry supplies.
  • Address IT-related issues such as hardware and software procurement, email management, copier maintenance, and setting up laptops for new hires or users.
  • Carry out daily administrative and HR-related duties.
  • Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Preferences:

  • Minimum diploma in Business Management, HRM, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience.
  • Experience in the game industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and conversational Chinese to liaise with China counterparts.
