Job summary

A leading company in engineering seeks an experienced HR Manager to support administrative functions and manage the recruitment process. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain proper documentation while handling HR-related matters for foreign employees.

Job description

Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, and vehicle administration.

Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc

Maintain proper documentation of employee records.

Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees.

Verification of invoices and payment for invoices.

Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.

Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position.

Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Need to deal with all issues of foreign workers.
