HR Admin Executive (Construction Industry with headcount 80 - 100)

Nearest MRT Station: Ubi Station and Tai Seng Station
HR Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applications, arranging interviews, on-boarding new employees and off-boarding existing employees
- Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and update job description
- Managing payroll, benefits, and other employee-related matters
- Timely submission of CPF, IR8A
- Conducting quarterly staff appraisals
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintaining HR Policy up to date in compliance with MOM regulations. Implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures
- Providing support to both candidates and employees, answering queries, and resolving issues
- Liaising with government authorities and external auditors regarding HR matters
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR data and assist in budget planning
Admin Key Responsibilities
- Admin tasks like invoicing, data entry, process purchases and document filing
- Maintaining office equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace, and managing supplies
- Providing administrative support for internal events, meetings, and company functions
- Assisting with reviewing and streamlining office processes to improve efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills are essential for managing schedules, tasks and information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Effective communication skills are needed for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
- Accuracy and attention to details are crucial for tasks like data entry and financial operations
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Remuneration Details
- Monthly salary $3,200 - $3,800
- 5day work week (40 hours per week)
- 38 days leave (Annual Leave 14days + Sick Leave 14days + Casual Leave 10days)
- 2x bonus yearly: Mid-Year-Bonus (Jun) & Year-End-Bonus
