Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking candidates for an HR and administrative role. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar HR and/or administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and benefits.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Handle administrative support for departments (e.g., travel bookings, meeting room coordination, event logistics).
  • Maintain records of company assets, contracts, and insurance.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Well Established Company

  • Basic $3,000 -$3,500 + Variable Bonus

  • Working location: Tampines North

  • Working days: Monday - Friday

  • Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
