The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive work environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources.
Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires and amendments for existing employees.
Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Payroll Management:
Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
Visa Applications:
Manage visa application processes for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Liaise with government agencies and legal advisors regarding visa and work permit issues.
General/HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
Support the smooth operation of administrative functions and facilities management.
Qualifications:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
