Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources.

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires and amendments for existing employees.

  • Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

  • Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.

Visa Applications:

  • Manage visa application processes for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

  • Liaise with government agencies and legal advisors regarding visa and work permit issues.

General/HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management.

  • Support the smooth operation of administrative functions and facilities management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
