Job Summary

We're looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage the full recruitment process, facilitate HR coordination between the Country Manager and HQ, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This role also includes handling employee benefits, contract management, performance appraisals, and general administrative support.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Recruitment/Package Discussion:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to arranging interviews and conducting package discussions with both headquarters (HQ) and candidates.
    • Handle employee offer and contract preparation and issuance.
    • Develop recruitment channels or review headcount contracts.
  2. Liaison with Country Manager and HQ (Annual HR Timeline):
    • Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and HQ for annual HR timeline and document preparation.
    • Facilitate processes related to performance appraisal, salary adjustments, and promotions.
  3. Labor Law Compliance:
    • Issue monthly salary, employee attendance management, and staff expenses claims.
    • Employee’s income tax submission.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the documentation and orientation of new hires.
    • Manage risk related to employee issues and address any identified concerns.
    • Conduct regular training sessions as required by labor law.
  4. General Affairs:
    • Budget planning.
    • Handle employee benefits administration.
    • Any ad-hoc HR & administrative duties assigned from time to time.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor or above in Human Resource, business management, or other equivalents, or related majors.
  2. Language: Proficiency at a professional/fully fluent level in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin to liaison with HQ (Taiwan).
  3. 3-8 years of professional experience in HR & Admin.
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiar with SAP is a plus.
  2. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, demonstrated ownership of work.
  3. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Entity Administrator experience in Human Resource related files will be a plus.
