Job description

Our esteemed client in the Construction & Building Materials industry is seeking a HR Admin Executive to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: HR Admin Executive
  • Location: Bishan
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR duties: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, performance management, and payroll processing.
  • Review and optimize HR/ Admin policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Process attendance records and compensation calculations using Excel (high-volume data handling).
  • Maintain HR databases, document control systems, and confidential records.
  • Develop SOPs and drive process improvements for HR workflows.
  • Handle MOM surveys and compliance reporting for labor authorities.
  • Manage work pass applications and renewals.
  • Resolve employee relations matters and mediate workplace conflicts.
  • Identify departmental training needs and coordinate upskilling programs.
  • Administer site access credentials and training certifications.
  • Oversee company fleet documentation (such as insurance, licensing, tax renewals).
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related role, preferably from manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Prior experience in handling high-volume payroll processing would be advantageous.
  • Well versed in MOM laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Able to work independently as this is a standalone role.
