Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. The role will cover HR administration, payroll, work pass applications, and general office administration. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related MOM matters.
  • Maintain accurate staff records, including contracts, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Manage payroll administration: salary computation, CPF submissions, government claims (e.g., NS, childcare, leave), and related statutory filings.
  • Track staff attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit clearance.
  • Draft, update, and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed (e.g., filing, coordination, documentation).
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (HR-related certification is an advantage but not required).
  • At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in an SME environment.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR software (e.g., AGHRM, StaffAny, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
