A leading tax and accounting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage payroll, onboarding, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, be meticulous, and possess good organizational skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for client interactions.
Advertise, search and schedule candidates for interview
Process clients’ monthly payroll and CPF
Manage end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding of employees
Handle EP and various work pass application, renewal, and cancellation
Support daily administration/operations matters
Other admin duties assigned by the Manager
Only Singaporean might apply
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Meticulous, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients/colleagues
Experience working in accounting firm would be a plus
