Job description
Responsibilities:
Source, interview and shortlist candidates for open positions.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare HR documentations. Maintain accurate employee records.
Handle employee welfare matters, including processing medical claims, insurance claims, and leave applications.
Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes.
Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy.
Assist in sourcing and enrolling employees in training programs.
Provide administrative support to HR functions, including scheduling, filing and maintaining the HR database.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
Experience in payroll processing using Infotech is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of the Employment Act and HR-related regulations.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates).
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
