Job description
Work Location: Central
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)
Benefits:
Basic up to $5,000
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Process payroll accurately and on time for employees.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, development, and offboarding.
Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in office administration and accounting roles, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
Proficiency in CRM and accounting software (QuickBooks), as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
