Job description

Work Location: Central

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)

Benefits:

  • Basic up to $5,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time for employees.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, development, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in office administration and accounting roles, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and accounting software (QuickBooks), as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
