A leading company is seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience in HR functions, ensuring government regulations are met while supporting staff morale through various programs.
Location: Alexandra Road
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Alt Sat 9am to 1pm
Job Description:
Handle monthly payroll, leave/medical claims, and work pass matters.
Ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., CPF, MOM surveys).
Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support salary reviews.
Oversee employee engagement, morale, and repatriation support.
Coordinate company events and staff recognition programs.
Manage inventory and procurement (uniforms, stationery, etc.).
Handle insurance renewals, claims, and government subsidy applications.
Support general admin tasks as assigned.
Requirements
About 2 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR functions.
