Job Summary:

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Admin to join our client. You will play a key role in supporting daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring compliance, and providing support to both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations

  • Answer phone calls and handle client inquiries professionally

  • Prepare and generate monthly payroll for all staff, including IR21 (for resigned employees) and annual IR8A forms

  • Monitor workers’ overtime, leave, and medical certificates, and address any related issues

  • Submit monthly CPF contributions to CPF Board

  • Apply for and renew work permits via MOM portal; must be familiar with MOM regulations for foreign workers

  • Prepare quotations for clients and source quotations from suppliers

  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling appointments with clients or directors)

  • Assist with ordering materials and receiving goods/services

  • Generate and email monthly outstanding statements of accounts to clients

  • Record all incoming tax invoices from suppliers and collate them for quarterly submission to the company accountant

Job Requirements

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in relevant field

  • 1–3 years of related work experience

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and CPF submissions

  • Familiarity with MOM regulations regarding foreign workers

  • Basic understanding of ISO45001 and BizSAFE STAR

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
