Job summary

Working day and time: 9:00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $2500 - $3500

Main duties:

Handle the full spectrum of Recruitment.
Prepare job advertisement, screening and shortlist candidate.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities.
Issuing of other letters such as confirmation, termination, and warnings
All Ministry of Manpower related queries included Issuing / charge / renewal / appeal and termination work pass.
Manage employee benefits administration, including medical claims, and inquiries.
Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance, accuracy, timely delivery and training staff.
Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities
Responsible for scheduling meeting, calendar management as well as prepare documents (meeting PPT, reports etc.)
Organise events, lunches/dinners, or meetings
Handling general administrative duties, such as expenses claim, documentation etc.
Coordinate internal staff and external parties to ensure effective communication
Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
