Borr Drilling is seeking a proficient HR Manager to oversee various areas in Human Resources including Recruitment and Employee Relations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience and must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Join us in our exciting growth phase within the health and wellness industry!
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and execute tasks across the six core areas of Human Resources: Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Labor Compliance.
Participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of HR policies to ensure effective workforce management. Handle employee relations and disputes, fostering a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.
Assist the General Manager in handling various tasks and initiatives, especially during the company’s rapid growth phase.
Job Requirements:
Female candidate with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
Bonus qualifications (preferred but not required):
Solid understanding of all six HR modules, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage HR matters independently.
Familiarity with Singapore’s labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations.
