Job Title: HR Manager

Are you passionate about fostering a productive, motivated, and collaborative work environment? We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee and strengthen our in-house recruitment, team management, and operational excellence. If you are skilled in supporting employee growth while streamlining HR processes, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage in-house recruitment processes, including resume sourcing and screening.
  2. Build and develop a team of Data/Content/Research Analysts, SEO/Sales Executives, etc., ensuring performance meets organizational and personal goals.
  3. Develop training programs and tools to support team development and provide entry-level professional HR Generalist services.
  4. Handle areas such as Leave of Absence, international transfers, benefits, report generation and analysis, exit interviews, and termination processes.
  5. Update, manage, and design documentation and training programs; develop HR policies, procedures, and forms.
  6. Recommend rewards and recognition aligned with company guidelines; organize celebrations and manage related logistics.
  7. Manage publisher and distributor relations, including affiliate marketing and competition analysis.
  8. Track distributor promotion activities and report monthly; oversee paid promotions and site collaborations.
  9. Coordinate with the Director overseeing global HR Shared Services for employment verifications and related data functions.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of professional expertise and people-focused sensitivity, with qualifications including:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software, with training capabilities.
