Responsibilities:
- Provide HR and administrative support to Singapore and Hong Kong offices
- Administer regular performance appraisals, liaise with business units to ensure timely completion
- Handle work passes and visa application, renewal and cancellation
- Manage full onboarding process for all new joiners and transfers
- Ensure accurate and timely HR administration for database management, documentations and policies.
- Plan and organise CSR, employee engagement initiatives and training for employees
- Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support when required
- Accurately process payroll and handle benefits administration in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
- Handle tax clearance, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax filing and the submission of government paid-leave claims, NS claims, etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or related courses
- Good understanding of HR practices and regulations in Singapore and Hong Kong
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Experienced in office administration
- Good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
