About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at TKB C-E CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in the Bishan Central Region. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support and maintaining records and files

  2. Assisting with the end-to-end HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, registration of courses for staff /workers

  3. Familiar with insurance policies WICA, Public Liability, Motor Claim & Medical Insurance

  4. Process Insurance Claims

  5. Process Monthly Payroll

  6. Purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligible workers

  7. Monitoring and good follow-up skill with tasks entrusted

  8. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry

  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  3. Good Command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Outlook

  5. Familiarity with HR and administrative processes and procedures

  6. Good working attitude and wiling to learn
