We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in human resources who are looking to further their career in a fast-paced and people-centric environment. You will play a key role in driving core HR functions and ensuring seamless administrative operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records including personal details, contracts, payroll data, and performance appraisals.
Administer monthly payroll processes, ensuring precision and timely salary disbursement.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company policies.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and coordinating with vendors.
Draft and manage official HR and administrative documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in planning and organising company events.
Review, record, and checking of employees' claims.
Perform checks on attendance and punctuality.
Host weekly company-wide morning meetings to align teams and communicate key updates.
Support management with various ad hoc projects and tasks, as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification, with at least 2 years of working experience in HR and/or office administration.
Strong knowledge of HR operational functions; familiarity with employment regulations and payroll processing is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva for documentation and presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
