A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and perform onboarding for new employees. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include drafting job ads, coordinating interviews, and assisting in HR operations, with a 5-day work week and various employee benefits.
1. Perform end to end recruitment process to ensure job opening are filled in a timely manner
2. Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
3. Draft and post job advertisement in recruitment portal, shortlist potential candidates and coordinate the interview schedules with the hiring managers
4. Prepare on-boarding documents such as application of work pass, background screening, job description and employment letter etc.
5. Perform on-boarding orientation for new employees
6. Check MOM quota to optimize the recruitment of foreign manpower
7. Assist in HR full spectrum operations and activities
8. Implement workplace health promotion activities and other welfare activities
9. Perform training administration duties, source for courses, register approved courses and coordinate with staff on the training
10. Prepare HR reporting
11. Verify invoices from HR vendors
Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related field
2. At least 1 year experience in recruitment is preferred
3. Familiar with application and renewal of work pass
3. Able work under a fast-paced work environment
4. Able to multi-task
5. Good communications skills
