Main duties include full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
- Payroll processing and administration
- Responsible to calculate and arrange payroll and payroll related personnel benefits
- Responsible for worker employment and mobilization procedures
- To perform HRA functions related to Recruitment, Compensations and benefits, staff claims, staff movement management, Training & etc
- Administer recruitment activities and new hire induction
- Maintaining an organized filing system and prepare statutory report
- To update and maintain accurate personnel records, ensure proper documentation, performing regular payment/claim in a timely manner
- Handle workers accommodation.
- Provide support to employee engagement activities
- Assist in office and admin matters
- To perform and carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Cover reception duty when needed
- Ad-hoc work
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management or relevant studies
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
- Good commuication in English & Mandarin are essential to converse with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking colleagues
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently
- PC literate and able to use Microsoft office software
- Mature, assertive and team player
- Positive working attitude with pleasant and good interpersonal skills
- Strong service-oriented mindset.
