Job description

Job Info:

  • Basic $2,800 - $3,500
  • Location: Gantral Mall (Beside Taiseng MRT)
  • Monday to Friday 9am -6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of HR policies and protocols.
  • Familiar with MOM Regulations (e.g.: knowledge on EP/SP/WP application/renewal)
  • 360 recruitments (Drafting of job ads, jobs posting, sourcing out for candidate, prescreen, onboarding, departure, and the entire employee lifecycle in compliance with employment laws)
  • Administer payroll operations, including monthly processing, CPF contributions, and yearly IR8A returns.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Supervise daily HR department operations.
  • Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate exit interviews to identify reasons for resignation.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of local employment laws and MOM regulations, including EP/SP/WP application and renewal processes.
  • Experience in full-spectrum recruitment and HR operations, from hiring to offboarding.
  • Familiar with payroll processing, CPF contributions, and annual tax submissions (e.g., IR8A).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR software is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
