Job Info:
- Basic $2,800 - $3,500
- Location: Gantral Mall (Beside Taiseng MRT)
- Monday to Friday 9am -6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of HR policies and protocols.
- Familiar with MOM Regulations (e.g.: knowledge on EP/SP/WP application/renewal)
- 360 recruitments (Drafting of job ads, jobs posting, sourcing out for candidate, prescreen, onboarding, departure, and the entire employee lifecycle in compliance with employment laws)
- Administer payroll operations, including monthly processing, CPF contributions, and yearly IR8A returns.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Supervise daily HR department operations.
- Ensure employee compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate exit interviews to identify reasons for resignation.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of local employment laws and MOM regulations, including EP/SP/WP application and renewal processes.
- Experience in full-spectrum recruitment and HR operations, from hiring to offboarding.
- Familiar with payroll processing, CPF contributions, and annual tax submissions (e.g., IR8A).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR software is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
