Opening Job Opportunity:
As the HR/Admin Executive, you will be an HR Generalist. You will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of Human Resources.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day HR support to the team and the business to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Manage the recruitment process, including the preparation of employment offer letters.
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
Conduct new hire orientations, track probationary progress, and manage confirmation processes.
Administer staff training, including the collation and compilation of the company's training needs for implementation, applying for training grants, and submitting training claims.
Manage and maintain the company’s leave portal, ensuring accurate leave records and user support.
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain ISO documentation and ensure that HR procedures comply with ISO requirements.
What You Must Have
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Human Resource generalist in the manufacturing industry.
