Job description

As HR and Admin Executive, your primary responsibilities involve execution of various HR operational tasks and handling of office administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process from job postings, sourcing, coordinating interviews to new hires orientation for smooth onboarding.
  • Manage payroll-related tasks, including preparation, verification, and addressing payroll enquiries.
  • Assist in sourcing and implementation of training programs that meet staff developmental needs.
  • Support performance management processes, administer employee benefits and compensation matters.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Perform HR administrative duties such as processing work passes, preparing appointment / confirmation letters, monthly reports, and metrics.
  • Administer offboarding processes.

Administration

  • Provide administrative support in scheduling and coordination of meetings, employee relations events, travel arrangements, visa applications, expense reports, and claims.
  • Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend to guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional qualification with prior experience in HR and office administration. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
