- Responsible for handling HR and administrative duties
- Experience in workpass application, renewal and cancellation, including the related administration works and coordination
- Responsible for course arrangement and registration
- Accurate processing of payroll for staff and foreign workers
- Handles worker dormitory matters
- Creating, maintaining and entering information into database
- Performing general office admin duties and errands
- Assisting organize and maintain office common area
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
