Job description

We are urgently looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong foundation in HR operations, especially payroll support, and working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and worker administration.

You’ll work closely with a team of six, each with a focused area of responsibility. Cross-support is essential — flexibility, accuracy, and adaptability will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timesheet & Payroll Support: Verify site worker and staff timesheets for payroll accuracy
  • Accommodation & Repatriation: Assist with dormitory coordination and flight bookings
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Help screen candidates, schedule interviews, and welcome new hires
  • Training Coordination: Arrange industry-specific and safety training sessions
  • HR & Project Admin: Maintain records, insurance, ISO documents, and site admin support
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Admin, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ HR/Admin experience (construction experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination & MS Office skills
  • Able to work independently, handle high volume, and support a fast-paced HR team
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
