Job summary

A manufacturing SME in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations and maintain employee documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office. This position offers a salary of up to $2400 plus allowances and requires administrative support experience.

  • Assist in daily HR operations, including payroll processing and leave management.
  • Support application and renewal of work permits and other employee documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies and external vendors as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments during peak periods.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling interviews.

Working Day: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.45pm
Location: Senoko
Salary: Up to $2400 + Other Allowance (Around $100+)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily HR operations, including payroll processing and leave management.

  • Support the application and renewal of work permits and other employee documentation.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding procedures.

  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies and external vendors as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to other departments during peak periods or staff shortages.

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling interviews or meetings.

Requirement

  • Experienced in administrative support with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in computer operations, including data entry, document management, and MS Office tools.
