Location: Tuas, Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Administers on-boarding and off-boarding activities such as but not limit to arranging interviews, data entry, proper documentation and p-filing, co-ordination on orientation program and etc
- The go to person on matters relating to HR policies, HR systems support services and matters relating to HR such as checking of appraisal status online, leave balance enquiries
- Assists in annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus exercise
- Supports benefits administration such as checking of balance, enrolling, and terminating health benefits, arranging welfare for occasions
- Assists in payroll matters such as providing updates and changes to remuneration
- Supports in planning and executing office events such as team building, D&D events, food catering and etc
- Ensures office supplies such as stationaries, printing materials, pantry items
- Provide shared services support to Finance & Operations on teleco charges validation, company credit card matters and occasional cheques bank in, updates on Health Safety file on electricity, water and petrol consumption
- Performs other ad hoc task and projects when required
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, ideally from similar industry set up
- Good knowledge on Labor Law and best practices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand.
- Highly preferred candidate with knowledge for labor laws in Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels in organization
- Should be a team player who is very well organized, self-initiative and with strong logical thinking
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to roll up sleeves to perform very hands-on job
