Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilites:

  • Manage Time Attendance Clocking System

  • Perform work permit/SPass application, renewal, cancellation

  • Check overtime, allowances and attendance and input into system for payroll

  • Payroll processing and tax clearance

  • Assist in recruitment process

  • Maintain employee records in HRIS system

  • Administer Leave E-Portal

  • Prepare employment, confirmation, salary increment and bonus letters

  • Process employees' claims

  • Generate reports for surveys

  • Co-ordinate training courses and IT issues

  • Manage employee disciplinary issues

  • Assist in organizing company functions, events and gifts arrangement to customers

  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities (e.g lockers)

  • Manage and liaise with vendor on office equipment maintenance

  • Procurement and administer office stationeries, staff uniforms, beverages

  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource or equivalent

  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry

  • Hands on knowledge of payroll software will be an added advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (this role requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking staffs)

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Resourceful, flexible, take initiatives and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High level of integrity, responsibility, good team player and can-do and positive working attitude

  • Able to follow up matters well

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Meticulous and well organized

  • Have a sense of urgency

  • Able to work beyond working hours during payroll period or if necessary

  • Able to commence work immediate or short notice

  • 5 days work week, 8.30am - 5.30pm
