Job description

Job Scope:

  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires

  • Coordinate meetings and maintain records

  • Support in preparing reports and presentation materials

  • Process confirmation letters and handle staff exit procedures

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database

  • Support payroll processing and leave management

  • Prepare HR reports (e.g. manpower, levy reports)

  • Coordinate annual performance appraisals

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

  • Manage foreign worker quotas and purchase security bonds

  • Assist with medical insurance and work injury claims

  • Process staff claims, reimbursements, and timesheets

  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Manage office supplies and equipment

  • Handle any ad hoc HR tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant 1 year of experience in HR and Administrative functions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of local employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
