A leading company in healthcare is seeking an HR Admin Assistant on a 1-year contract to provide administrative support for training, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Reporting to Senior Manager/Assistant Director of Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Recognition and Wellness (LDEE), the HR Admin Assistant provides essential administrative support to foster a culture of continuous learning, employee recognition, and overall well-being within ECON Healthcare Group.
Key Responsibilities
Learning and Development
Provide administrative support in training sponsorship for both ad-hoc courses, inhouse training, AIC organised courses, and upgrading/formal training programmes.
Assist with documentation for sponsorship undertaking, bonds and deeds for upgrading/formal courses.
Support the administration of the ECON Careskill Training Centre and its training initiatives.
Assist in the application of government training-related funding, including programmes from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
Support the administration of internship programmes and help coordinate with educational institutions.
Assist in the administration of Orientation Programmes for new staff.
Employee Awards and Engagement
Provide administrative support for employee recognition programmes.
Assist in the coordination of employee engagement surveys, including the Employee Climate Survey.
Support the collation and basic analysis of survey results.
Help organise initiatives and activities that promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Wellness Programmes
Provide administrative assistance for wellness programmes and activities.
Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance employee health and wellness offerings.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in administration, preferably in HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or Wellness programmes.
GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Good planning and organising skills.
Meticulous with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive and positive attitude with a passion for supporting a culture of learning and employee well-being.
Note: 1-Year Contract
