Job summary

A leading company in healthcare is seeking an HR Admin Assistant on a 1-year contract to provide administrative support for training, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in administration, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Job description

Reporting to Senior Manager/Assistant Director of Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Recognition and Wellness (LDEE), the HR Admin Assistant provides essential administrative support to foster a culture of continuous learning, employee recognition, and overall well-being within ECON Healthcare Group.

Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development

  • Provide administrative support in training sponsorship for both ad-hoc courses, inhouse training, AIC organised courses, and upgrading/formal training programmes.

  • Assist with documentation for sponsorship undertaking, bonds and deeds for upgrading/formal courses.

  • Support the administration of the ECON Careskill Training Centre and its training initiatives.

  • Assist in the application of government training-related funding, including programmes from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).

  • Support the administration of internship programmes and help coordinate with educational institutions.

  • Assist in the administration of Orientation Programmes for new staff.

Employee Awards and Engagement

  • Provide administrative support for employee recognition programmes.

  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement surveys, including the Employee Climate Survey.

  • Support the collation and basic analysis of survey results.

  • Help organise initiatives and activities that promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

Wellness Programmes

  • Provide administrative assistance for wellness programmes and activities.

  • Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance employee health and wellness offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in administration, preferably in HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or Wellness programmes.

  • GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels.

  • Good planning and organising skills.

  • Meticulous with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Proactive and positive attitude with a passion for supporting a culture of learning and employee well-being.
