What you'll be doing
Ensure timely and accurate filing of personnel-related documents
Support the maintenance and updating of staff records in the HR system, including data verification and approvals
Assist in verifying and updating onboarding information for new hires and offboarding details for resigning staff
Perform general HR administrative tasks and provide support for ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Management or related studies
Training is provided
Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Good communication and interpersonal skills
