Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions.
- Coordinate HR-related activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, training and performance management.
- Handle grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation.
- Initiate the issuance of staff uniforms and maintain proper records of all items issued to staff, filing in the personal file, assist with the collation and use of training records.
- Support the reception desk when necessary during urgent absences of the receptionist.
- Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
- Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Mature and strong communicator.
- Comfortable with change and learning new things.
- Resourceful, positive and with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable with processes and systems, hands-on and creative.
- Love processes and charts, and creating systematic procedures.
