Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support in board spectrum HR and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, training and performance management.
  • Handle grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulation.
  • Initiate the issuance of staff uniforms and maintain proper records of all items issued to staff, filing in the personal file, assist with the collation and use of training records.
  • Support the reception desk when necessary during urgent absences of the receptionist.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
