Job description

THE HR Admin Assistant / Executive supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training administration, and HR Operations. The role requires a good understanding of MOM Regulations and healthcare licensing requirements.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview arrangements, and reference checks.
  • Handle recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in accordance with relevant authority requirements.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Ensure proper documentation and submission of SNB registration / work passes.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Manage probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee exits.
  • Manage communication channels with staff, e.g., announcement of policies, events, etc.
  • Provide administrative support such as scanning, filing, and compiling documents.
  • Perform other HR functions as assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Familiarity with SNB, MOM, and MOH healthcare staffing regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
