Job description

THE HR Admin Assistant / Executive supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training administration, and HR Operations. The role requires a good understanding of MOM Regulations and healthcare licensing requirements.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Recruitment and onboarding: coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview arrangements, and reference checks.
  2. Handle recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in accordance with relevant authority requirements.
  3. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  4. Ensure proper documentation and submission of SNB registration / work passes.
  5. Maintain and update employee records.
  6. Manage probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee exits.
  7. Manage communication channels with staff, e.g., announcements of policies, events, etc.
  8. Provide administrative support such as scanning, filing, and compiling documents.
  9. Perform other HR duties as assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
  3. Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
  4. Familiar with SNB, MOM, and MOH healthcare staffing regulations.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Proactive, meticulous, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
